As a member of our product management team, working within a multidisciplinary product team made up of UI and UX designers, data scientists, backend and frontend engineers... you will serve a key role in Goodays’ technology solution ongoing growth and success in the field of customer experience. You will lead projects that utilize the latest technology, including AI, to enhance customer experience management. We will be counting on your vision and expertise as a Product Manager to continue to offer an innovative product that allows Goodays to keep its position as a leader in this area.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Define and Deliver: Drive the product roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.

  • Innovate Solutions: Understand customer needs and craft solutions that add value while maintaining product integrity.

  • Shape the Product: Write detailed specifications and collaborate closely with the UX team to design innovative wireframes that bring the product vision to life.

  • Lead Development: Oversee development processes and quality assurance to ensure top-notch product performance.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor product usage and analyze data to guide product enhancements.

Desired Education & Experience

  • Education: Engineer's degree or equivalent.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Product Management with significant SaaS expertise.

  • Technical Savvy: Strong technical background and experience in agile teams.

  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of delivering products on tight deadlines and defining product specs.

  • Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with analytics tools for performance tracking.

  • Flexibility and understanding of the culture of a fast-paced, commercially oriented technology company.

  • Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude, accustomed to working in an international environment, action-driven.

  • Hands-on project management experience, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines.

  • Ability to maintain strong working relationships

  • Collaborative team player combined with ability to work independently.

  • Sound and practical business judgment.

  • Passion for making the difference, interested in our ability to have a social impact in the world of retail.

  • French native proficiency & written and verbal English language skills required.
