In our energetic marketing team, we have sales executives who are dedicated to maximizing the value of our products and our loyal customer base, targeting new logos and services for our customers, while also driving revenue growth for our company. Our cutting-edge product ensures customer satisfaction and nearly zero churns. The Sales & Marketing teams working with Sales Operations & Product teams identify new opportunities and ensure that our customers are receiving the best possible value from our offerings. You'll be the ultimate escalation point.

Responsibilities

As the BDR Team Lead, you will be responsible for:


  • Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to team members to improve their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer experience expertise.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue and market penetration.

  • Set up the performance metrics while coordinating with the Finance and Marketing team.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of each team member, ensuring they meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales quotas.

  • Assessing the midyear and end-of-the-year performance of BDRs

  • Generate regular reports on team performance and sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Work closely with the Operations Team & CRM Manager to make sure that our CRM tool (Hubspot) is set to enable the calculation of the performance and the bonus of the BDRs.


You will be also responsible for:

  • Pioneer the French market working in pair with the Senior Sales Executive Team, defining together the prospect targets and strategy to develop the pipeline.

  • Share market, competition and messaging insights with the France Sales Director

  • Develop our outbound lead generation.

  • Generate interest within our target account list, and qualify leads.

  • Communicate our value proposition to the C-Suite and Senior Directors of our prospects.

  • Turn the leads into active opportunities for the Sales Team.

  • Organise and run the first prospecting meeting within the account to ensure top-notch qualification.

  • Qualify prospects and projects using the SPIN and Challenger Sales methodologies to determine the potential of a project (Budget Authority Need Timeframe),

  • Work with Marketing to qualify inbound leads.

  • Maintain our CRM system (Hubspot), executing multi-touch campaigns.



Who will you be working closely with?

  • Our existing Sales, Solution Consultants and Marketing teams, consisting of 25 highly trained professionals, are eager to welcome you and support you.

  • You will work closely with all of the Sales & Marketing team.

Desired Education & Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in software sales including at least 1 year in SaaS solutions

  • Team lead experience

  • Knowledge of the retail industry is a plus

  • Knowledge of SPIN and challenger sales is a plus
