Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing strategic insights, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring the effective use of sales tools and CRM software. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience in sales operations or analytics who is looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced environment.

Your main responsibilities are:

1- Pipeline Generation:

  • Outbound:
    • Collaborate with Sales Management to design and implement outbound processes and organizational strategies. This includes prioritizing focus accounts, planning day-to-day activities, organizing “blitz days”…

    • Support Sales Management in monitoring Account Executives' (AEs) activities through dedicated reporting.

  • Inbound:
    • Work closely with the Marketing team to set up prospecting sales activities linked to marketing campaigns on allocated accounts.

    • Support Sales Management in monitoring AEs' activities through dedicated reporting.

  • Strategic Accounts:
    • Develop and implement a structured approach to monitor activities and performance on strategic accounts.

  • Governance:
    • Manage weekly prospecting meetings to ensure AEs are meeting expectations, provide insights and updates to Sales Management.

2- Pipeline Management:

  • Oversee the existing sales pipeline process and make necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and clarity.

  • Continuous training and enablement of the sales team on the sales pipeline processes.

  • Responsible for weekly control and reporting on the sales pipeline status.

3- Sales Performance & strategy:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide visibility on sales performance and trends.

  • Conduct forecast analysis based on sales activities.

  • Provide detailed quarterly analysis by AEs and Verticals (in collaboration with the GTM Manager).

  • Support Sales Management in territory planning and ongoing account allocation.

  • Assist Sales Management in organizing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Who will you be working closely with?

  • Sales Team: you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team. You'll collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Manager to provide tools, messaging, and training, aligning strategies to optimize sales performance and achieve targets.

  • Marketing Team: Working with the Marketing team, you'll ensure alignment on promotional activities and campaigns, delivering consistent messaging that supports overall business objectives. You will ensure that the sales and marketing strategies are synchronized, providing consistent messaging that supports the overall business objectives.

Desired Education & Experience

Education:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on marketing, strategy or related fields.

Experience:

  • Successful experience of 7+ years as a Sales Operations Manager or Sales Analyst preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.

  • Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and best practices in sales operations.

  • Extensive experience with sales management tools and CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

  • Strong analytical capabilities and excellent relationship and collaboration skills.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the SaaS business and deep understanding and passion for Customer Experience.

  • Experience managing teams is a plus.

Other requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to provide actionable insights and optimize sales strategies.

  • Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with overall company goals.

  • High interpersonal skills with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively.

  • Communication Skills in French & English: Leadership qualities and effective communication skills are essential. Spanish is a plus.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, business and organizational scale-up experience.

  • Sound and practical business judgment.
