Today we are looking for a talented Product Owner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of our product management team, working within a multidisciplinary product team made up of UI and UX designers, data scientists, backend and frontend engineers... you will serve a key role in Goodays’ technology solution ongoing growth and success in the field of customer service. We will be counting on your vision and expertise as a Product Owner to continue to offer an innovative product that allows Goodays to keep its position as a leader in this area.

What will your main responsibilities be?

  • Deliver the roadmap and be responsible for defining and prioritizing the backlog

  • Understand our customer needs and respond with solutions that bring value to the users while preserving the product

  • Write specifications and work closely with the UX team to create innovative wireframes

  • Oversee the developments and be in charge of the QA to ensure high-quality and on-time product releases.

  • Monitor and analyze the usage to build a data-driven product


DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Engineer's degree or equivalent.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management with significant SaaS experience.

  • Significant experience as a Product Owner in an agile team.

  • Good technical background and understanding of complex technical limitations and needs.

  • Experience building products on tight deadlines.

  • Experience defining specs and product needs.

  • Experience in following results in analytics tools.


OTHER

  • Flexibility and understanding of the culture of a fast-paced, commercially oriented technology company.

  • Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude, accustomed to working in an international environment, action-driven.

  • Hands-on project management experience, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines.

  • Ability to maintain strong working relationships

  • Collaborative team player combined with ability to work independently.

  • Sound and practical business judgment.

  • Passion for making the difference, interested in our ability to have a social impact in the world of retail.

  • Fluent written and verbal English and French language skills required that include the ability to draft and negotiate contracts. You have at least a C1-level in French and English
